What if I have questions about my CreateSpace/IngramSpark account or paperback royalty payments?

How do I order paperback copies? What if I have questions about shipping?

If you’re using CreateSpace...

To order paperback copies, login to www.createspace.com and select “Order Copies.”

If you have questions about shipping or delayed orders, contact CreateSpace directly by selecting “Phone and Email Support” under “My Account.”

If you’re using IngramSpark

Login to myaccount.ingramspark.com and select “Orders” from the ribbon across the top of the page. Then you’ll select “Place New Order” on the far left.

How do I allow someone else to order paperbacks at a discount? (Note: this only applies to CreateSpace; IngramSpark does not offer this option.)

When logged into www.createspace.com, click on your book title. You’ll be taken to the Project Homepage, and can then click on "Distribute" and then "Channels." Next to "CreateSpace eStore," you’ll see an option for "Discount Codes" - click on that. In the second paragraph of the next page is a link to “Click Here” to create new discount codes.

Once created, you can enter them in the grid below, decide whether to offer a dollar or percentage discount, and enter the amount (don't forget to save your changes). You can create discount codes for different purposes -- for example, to understand who is ordering your book by creating one for each marketing channel, or to make a client who is ordering your book in bulk for an event feel appreciated. You can turn discount codes on and off at any time.

Buyers will need to follow the link that CreateSpace gives you for your eStore. Click onto "eStore Setup" to get the link, and provide your client with the discount code.
